Manufacturing Facilities & Service Centers
DeZURIK is strategically located to best meet our customers’ needs with five ISO 9001 certified manufacturing plants in North America.
An additional three service centers provide off-the-shelf inventory, automation, repair, refurbishment, start up and a wide variety of other services in locations around the country. Valves can be sent to our service centers, or our team of field service technicians can perform on-site repairs or preventative maintenance services during a scheduled shutdown. Emergency overnight services are also available.
Corporate Headquarters & Manufacturing
DeZURIK’s corporate headquarters and largest manufacturing plant is located in Sartell, Minnesota. Embodying the Midwest values that resonate throughout the organization, this location was established in 1928 and occupies 420,000 sq. ft. Nestled along the shores of the Mississippi River, DeZURIK has been proud to call this location home since our origin. With more than 400 employees, DeZURIK’s Sartell location provides a strong economic benefit to the greater St. Cloud region.
DeZURIK Red Valve
DeZURIK’s Red Valve manufacturing plant is located in Gastonia, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. Occupying 155,000 sq. ft, this plant produces all the Red Valve and Tideflex products and is the second largest of DeZURIK’s manufacturing facilities. As the trusted global leader for innovative elastomers, pinch valves, check valves and engineered mixing systems, this facility manufactures valves that handle some of the toughest flow applications in wastewater treatment plants, power plants, mining and chemical processes.
DeZURIK Cambridge
DeZURIK’s Cambridge, Ontario, Canada plant is where more than 50 employees manufacture DeZURIK brand cast knife gate valves. When looking to expand capacity, DeZURIK found the provinces of Canada as an opportune location providing great growth opportunity. Established in 1961 and occupying 50,000 sq. ft., this location became the first manufacturing presence for DeZURIK outside of the United States.
DeZURIK Rapid Fulfillment Center
DeZURIK’s Rapid Fulfillment Center (RFC) in Houston, Texas, established in 2018 and occupying 43,000 sq. ft., is where industry leading APCO air valves and check valves are manufactured. In addition to manufacturing capabilities, the RFC has machining, assembly, painting, and testing capabilities. Substantial inventory of both components and finished valves allows DeZURIK to quickly respond to customer requirements.
DeZURIK Redmond
With the acquisition of Hilton, a manufacturing facility on the west coast was added to DeZURIK’s capacity portfolio. DeZURIK’s manufacturing plant in Redmond, Washington designs and manufactures custom-fabricated knife gate valves and hydraulic power units. With cutting-edge fabrication techniques, the Hilton team works collaboratively with customers to bring solutions to life. Established in 1962 and occupying 25,000 sq. ft., Hilton continues to maintain a strong reputation for building high quality, custom valves.
Marietta Service Center
The DeZURIK Service Center in Marietta, Georgia specializes in automation and repair services for customers in the Southeast United States but can ship valves anywhere in the world. The Service Center carries extensive inventory of valves, actuators, accessories and parts including Control Valves, High Performance & Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves, Knife Gate Valves, actuators and accessories. In addition, the Marietta Service Center specializes in preventative maintenance services for the Precision Electric Basis Weight Control Valve, the most critical control valve in the paper mill.
Alberta Rapid Fulfillment & Repair Centre
The DeZURIK Rapid Fulfillment & Repair Centre in Leduc, Alberta specializes in products, repair and refurbishment services for customers in the oil sands industry. The Rapid Fulfillment & Repair Centre is approved by ABSA and maintains an extensive inventory of DeZURIK Severe Service Knife Gate Valves and Cast Stainless Steel Knife Gate Valves.
Gulf Coast Automation & Distribution Center
The DeZURIK Gulf Coast Automation and Distribution Center (ADC) in Stafford, Texas provides you with the valves you need to keep your process running smoothly and efficiently. Isolation and Control Valves stocked for quick shipment include V-Port Ball Valves, High Performance Butterfly Valves and Extended Service Knife Gate Valves along with a wide variety of actuators and accessories. The ADC stocks valves in sizes up to 24” and can provide complete valve assemblies to meet your exact specifications.
