G-Series Cylinder Actuators

DeZURIK G-Series cylinder actuators feature a rack-and-gear design for larger size rotary valves, where constant high torque capability throughout the stroke is required. They feature a rugged, heavy cast gear sector and are engineered for long service life in high-flow, high-cycle applications. Cylinder construction includes a cast piston with combination seal and guide ring of PTFE. They have multiple bronze and stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance that also provide support and minimize friction to assure smooth operation and throttling action.

G-Series cylinder actuators are available on eccentric plug valves (PEC), full port eccentric plug valves (PEF), 3-Way & 4-Way plug valves (PTW/PFW), AWWA butterfly valves (BAW), and High Performance butterfly valves (BHP). They are available in double-acting or spring-return pneumatic supply or double acting hydraulic supply.

The cast iron actuator housing is sealed to prevent the entry of dirt, moisture and corrosive contaminants. They have adjustable position stops in both the open and closed positions. A variety of accessories including positioners, manual overrides and solenoid valves are available.
