This video is going to show you how to replace the packing on the DeZURIK Eccentric Plug Valve without Removing the Actuator The tools you will need include a copy of the instruction, a utility knife with a sharp blade, a straight screwdriver, a Philips head screw driver, a vice grips, a needle nose plier, a wrench, a sheet rock screw, a packing removal tool, a side cutter, and the new packing rings. For safety, Ensure pipeline pressure does not exceed 25 psi. If possible, relieve pipeline pressure to 0.
