DeZURIK MG Manual Gear Actuators are available on BHP High-Performance Butterfly Valves, BOS-US Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves, RCV Rotary Control Valves, VPB V-Port Ball Valves and .5-3″ Eccentric Plug Valves. They are available with handwheel or chainwheel inputs, and can be specified for either weatherproof or buried service.

DeZURIK Knife Gate Valve Cylinder Actuators are available with double acting pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders for on/off or positioning services. The cylinder actuators are designed with a removable and replaceable cartridge assembly that houses the wear components for ease of maintenance and are mounted to a heavy duty cast superstructure in carbon steel or stainless steel to minimize corrosion.

The DR-40B and DR-85B rotary diaphragm actuators set the industry standard for accurate performance, rugged construction and long, economical service life. The 316 stainless steel materials in the DR-40B and DR-85B actuators provide corrosion resistance for a wide range of demanding industrial environments. For larger rotary control valves, DeZURIK offers three additional models: DR-125, DR-145A and DR-250A. These actuator sizes provide the same features in epoxy coated cast iron and steel construction for corrosion resistance.

PowerRac Actuators are not your typical rack and pinion design actuator. PowerRac Actuators are used to provide accurate control in modulating services on all DeZURIK quarter turn valves, in addition to reliable shutoff in on/off applications. Double-acting or fail-safe spring-return cylinder options are available.

DeZURIK LA Series Actuators are designed for use on large 30-72” (750-1800mm) DeZURIK AWWA Butterfly Valves. The LA Series Actuator meets the requirements of AWWA C504 standards. LA Series Actuators are available for weatherproof or buried services with 2″ Nut, Handwheel or Chainwheel inputs.

DeZURIK G-Series Actuators feature sintered bronze bearings on each end of the input shaft for durability and performance. The ductile iron gear provides strength for robust applications and a long service life without maintenance. The actuators are weatherproof as standard and are sealed to prohibit entry of moisture and dirt. G-Series actuators are available for buried service.

DeZURIK G-Series Cylinder Actuators feature a rack-and-gear design for larger size rotary valves, where constant high torque capability throughout the stroke is required. They feature a rugged, heavy cast gear sector and are engineered for long service life in high-flow, high-cycle applications. The actuators have multiple bronze and stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance that also provide support and minimize friction to assure smooth operation and throttling action.

Compak Cylinder Actuators are a versatile rand economical rack and pinion design actuator. They are available in Double Acting or Spring Return models. The compact, modular design allows the actuator to be mounted for a low-profile assembly. They feature enclosed construction and adjustable double limit stops.

Hilton Actuators are available in manual, pneumatic, hydraulic spring return or electric motor. Hilton collaborates with customers to define valve performance specifications to meet diverse and individual customer needs. This process helps Hilton engineers to develop a valve, actuator and accessory package that meets the material and application requirements of the customer.
