DeZURIK
When Matt DeZurik worked at the Sartell Paper Mill, the owner asked the young, inventive man to design a valve that would dramatically reduce pine pitch buildup during the manufacturing process. He did it, and the DeZURIK Eccentric Valve was born. It was introduced to the industry in 1928, and despite the economics of the Depression, paper manufacturers recognized its advantages and sent in their orders. Since then, the DeZURIK name has expanded beyond the pulp and paper industries. The brand is now standard equipment in every industry requiring dependable valves, actuators and accessories.
