How to Change Seats on a DeZURIK Rotary Control Valve
This video will demonstrate how to quickly and easily change the seat on a DeZURIK Rotary Control Valve. Tools for changing the rotary control valve seat include Allen wrenches and removable thread locking compound. DeZURIK offers 4 seat trim sizes: high, full, 0.5, and 0.2 on the rotary control valve that are easily changed in the field. The seats offer different flow capacity ranges to accommodate changing plant capacity needs. This capacity flexibility reduces maintenance time and provides cost savings. The savings are from elimination of total valve replacement and also from utilizing smaller valves with high capacity seats and smaller actuators. New seats can be ordered as seat replacement kits. The kit includes a seat, an o-ring seal, and gasket.
