Fixed Cone Replacement Project

The Fixed Cone Valve Replacement Project consisted of replacing two existing fixed cone valves at a power plant.  The customer was not only interested in replacing the two valves with similar types of valves, they were particularly interested in reducing the energy of discharge from each valve in order to prevent erosion of the environmentally sensitive tailrace.
